I have a very odd behaviour with the dirty water recycler. Dirty water seems not to be directly recycled but goes first to the storage and is recycled from there. The problem is that every time some dirty water has been accumulated, the recycler starts and transforms it to clean water. When this happens, the full throughput of the recycler is displayed in my water balace, causing a surplus of about +500/min. When all dirty water is recycled, the recycler stops and it's "production" is not displayed any more and the water balance displays - 50/min. So, is there any way to see the "real", average water production (plus or minus) per minute?

I thought I saw a tip during the first few minutes of the game saying there was a way to accelerate time but I missed it - was I imagining things or is there a secret fas-forward button somewhere?
